Yogourmet
yogurt starter is meticulously manufactured and scientifically balanced
to ensure that you make a smooth, creamy and great tasting yogurt
every time. The starter, when used with the Yogourmet Multi yogurt
maker, produces delicious yogurt in only 4 1/2 hours. Yogourmet
yogurt starter is packed in sealed, double-layered envelopes for
long-lasting quality.
- No refrigeration needed.
- Each box contains three - 10 gram
envelopes. Each envelope makes 2 quarts of yogurt.
Directions:
use 5 g of starter per litre or quart of milk.
1. Heat one litre or quart of milk to 180 degrees
F or bring to th e the boiling point. Cool to 73-77 Degrees F
2. Dissolve 5g of culture in a small amount of the
cooled milk in a cup. Pour back into the liter or quart and mix
well.
3. Incubate your Yogurt maker for 12-15 hours, or
until the yogurt has reached the desired firmness.
4. refrigerate to stop the process
